This lovely antique cluster features a vibrant natural pink Sapphire approximately 0.80ct, and surrounded by ten old cut diamonds with two diamonds making a striking shoulder accent.  The twelve diamonds make a total diamond weight of 0.75ct. all beautifully crafted in 18ct yellow gold.
