This Edwardian double sided lovers' locket features a central heart motif surrounded by beautifully engraved ivy leaf detailing, which is continued on the reverse. Ivy leaves are traditionally a symbol of love, "I cling to thee". The surrounding border is an embossed scroll design mimicked in the scrolled wire work at the top of the piece, which finishes it off beautifully. This charming locket is made from 9ct gold front and back.
