This is a small Victorian 9ct rose gold lovers knot seal with beautiful engraved detailing. The base is set with bloodstone, a rich green stone with red flecks through it, and features a rare intaglio. Written in old style script are the initials 'PBL' or TND'. This gorgeous little tool would have been used to stamp and personalise the wax seal on hand written letters. A lovely little piece of history.
